After launching his career as a publicist in the music industry—working with legends like members of Bruce Springsteen’s E-Street Band, The Eagles, Steely Dan, and Moody Blues—Hugh quickly became a sought-after expert in entertainment marketing. As Vice President at Grey Entertainment, he led high-profile campaigns for Time-Warner Music Group, the New York Yankees, Madison Square Garden, Broadway productions, and luxury brands, solidifying his reputation as a power player in the industry.

Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Hugh founded Hollyrock/Miller, initially a New York-based agency specializing in sports and entertainment. Following a move to New Jersey, the agency expanded its reach, working with top-tier hospitality brands, luxury retailers, financial institutions, legal firms, healthcare providers, and national non-profits. This evolution led to the creation of Marquee Consulting Alliance and the birth of Marquee Agent, the premier entertainment and branding powerhouse, redefining what’s possible in the world of private events, marketing, and brand partnerships.
